The range is made with all Australian products as part of the venue’s pledge to support local producers. We’ve worked with some of our favourite brands including Four Pillars, Adelaide Hills Distillery and the Rum Diary Bar to create these four unique cocktails.
The Dingo’s Breakfast is a classic Old Fashioned with an Aussie twist. We blend whisky with a wattleseed toffee liqueur and just a hint of bitters.
There’s nothing more Aussie than a pav! Nanna’s Pav blends up pavlova-infused vodka with honey syrup and lemon, then garnishes it with a mini pav plus whipped cream and fruit, of course!
Our Going Troppo is a unique fusion of local flavours. We take coconut rum, add some eucalyptus gum leaf vodka and finish with locally made orange bitters. Don’t tell the koalas!
Shazza stole the Torana and nicked down to the shops so she could make her famous Shazza’s Lemonade. Made with gin, lemon myrtle liqueur, lemon juice and just a little sugar syrup, this one isn’t for the ankle biters!
