After 13 years in the heart of the city, Chuckle Park will close on Sunday 11 May.

The adjacent building is being redeveloped, resulting in the closure of our little laneway home.

From humble beginnings with camp chairs and drinks from a caravan, to our flower-filled fairy-lit laneway (but still with drinks from a caravan), we have loved serving you - and we’d love to see you once more to send the Park off in style!

From 5pm until late on Sunday 11 May join us for a drink-swilling, roof-raising, good ol’ fashioned knees-up. DJs Dogmoney, Organ Freeman and guests will provide the soundtrack to the tears, laughter and reminiscing!

Whether you’ve been visiting us for 13 years or a recent convert to our special brand of laneway fun, we’d love to see you for one last drink. Come help us say goodbye!

Sunday sessions in the Park just got even better! 

Every Sunday DJs Mas, Juan, Michael and friends jump on our decks to play soul, disco, house and bring general good vibes!

Tunes kick off around 5pm and run into the late evening - come grab your fave Chuckle drink and kick back under the fairy lights as you say goodbye to the weekend!

Saturday February 22 is International Margarita Day!

Negroni Week is here for another year - come celebrate this classic with us!

From Tuesday 17 September to Saturday 21 September, we’re pouring up three variations of this famous cocktail for just $19 each:

Classic Negroni: gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.
Boulevardier: whiskey, sweet vermouth and Campari.
Sbagliato: Prosecco, sweet vermouth and Campari.

With World Rum Day, Pina Colada Day, Mojito Day and Daiquiri Day all happening in July, we thought we’d roll them all into one and celebrate with a whole week of tasty rum treats!

From Tuesday 9 to Saturday 13 July head on down for our Rum Week, when we’ll be serving 3 rum classic cocktails for just $20 each!

Between Friday 29 March and Sunday 21 April, we’ll look a little different while our upstairs sister venue The Dove Club hosts a series of Melbourne International Comedy Festival shows!

We’ll be open as usual, plus on Monday 1 April, Monday 8 April and Monday 15 April we’ll be open from 3pm ’til 10pm! This means we’ll be open seven days a week, including for the entire Easter break - come get your Chuckle on!

During this period our Happy Hour will run Monday to Friday 3-7pm, giving you more time to get those $7 tinnies and $16 margs.

You won’t be able to book a table during these dates, but we’d still love to see you at the Park.

Friday 25 August is Whiskey Sour Day and we’re celebrating with $18 Whiskey Sours all day long! A long-time Chuckle favourite, this classic cocktail is the perfect blend of sweet and sour.

We’ve got three different Whiskey Sours for you to try:

• Whiskey Sour with Woodford Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a perfectly balanced drop with notes of citrus, cinnamon and cocoa;

• Whiskey Sour with Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, a smooth and rich ‘triple’ malt Scotch;

• Whiskey Sour with The Gospel Solera Rye, made using 100% Australian grown unmalted rye with notes of orchard fruits, dark toffee and bright spices.

Whichever you choose, we’ll shake it up into the perfect Whiskey Sour - and we use aquafaba instead of egg white so it’ll be vegan, too!
